Height 80-100 cm, width 40-60 cm. Upright, bushy shrub with light-green foliage blooms throughout the season. Blossoms large, very full, lilac, arranged in small clusters. Bred by Tim Hermann Kordes in Germany, 2004. The name 'Novalis' is derived from the pseudonym of the poet Friedrich Freier von Hardenberg (1772-1801).
